1. Definitions

"We," "Us," "Our" refers to Hair Justice Extensions/Hair Justice LLC.

"You," "Your" refers to the individual accessing our website or using our services.

“Business Days” refers to Monday-Friday


2. Use of the Website

By using our website, you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the website.


3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, trademarks, and data on this website, including but not limited to software, databases, text, graphics, icons, hyperlinks, private information, designs, and agreements, are the property of Hair Justice Extensions and are protected by local and international law.


4. Ordering and Payment

By placing an order with us, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

Payment for products must be made at the time of order placement. We accept card payments via Stripe, PayPal, Klarna or Sezzle.


5. Shipping and Delivery

Ready-to-ship wigs will typically take 1-3 business days to process & 3-4 business days for standard shipping. 1-3 business days for overnight shipping.

Hair extensions/bundles and/or lace products & Uncustomized wigs orders take 4-5 business days to process & 3-4 business days for standard shipping. 1-3 business days for overnight shipping.

B.Y.O.B (bring your own bundle) wig orders take 4-5 business days to process upon delivery and 3-4 business days for standard shipping back to customer. 1-3 business days for overnight shipping.

Pre-order wigs takes 5-10 business days to process & 3-4 business days for standard shipping. 1-3 business days for overnight shipping.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location. We will make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, but we are not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances.

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for any loss or delay due to incorrect shipping details.

All orders are insured via the shipping company & will require a signature upon delivery.

During high volume of orders, holidays, and sales please expect turnaround times to be extended. In addition, shipping and processing times are two different things. Orders are not processed on the weekends (Saturday & Sunday).


6. Returns and Refunds

We do NOT offer returns and exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Shipping costs are also non-refundable.


7. Responsibility for Head Measurements

To ensure a proper fit for your custom wig, accurate head measurements are essential. When placing a custom order with Hair Justice Extensions, you are required to measure your head using the guide provided on our website and upload your measurements during the order process.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the measurements you provide are accurate. Hair Justice Extensions is not liable for any issues related to fit or comfort resulting from incorrect measurements submitted by the customer. Ensure that your braids/hair is flat and small enough to get an accurate measurement.

If you are unsure about how to take your measurements, please refer to our measurement guide or contact us for assistance before placing your order. Custom wigs made with incorrect measurements cannot be exchanged or returned.


8. Allergic Reactions to Hair Dye

At Hair Justice Extensions, we offer professional color services for our custom wigs. However, we are not responsible for any allergic reactions or adverse effects caused by the hair dyes or coloring products used. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they are not allergic or sensitive to any chemicals or ingredients in hair dyes. By purchasing and using our custom-colored wigs, you acknowledge that Hair Justice Extensions/Hair Justice LLC is not liable for any reactions, including but not limited to skin irritation, itching, rashes, or other allergic responses. If you have a known allergy or sensitivity, please inform us before placing your custom order.


9. Custom Color Variations for Duplicate Orders

At Hair Justice Extensions, we strive to achieve consistency in our custom color services. However, due to the nature of hand-coloring and variations in hair texture, batch, and dye absorption, we cannot guarantee that the color of duplicate orders will be an exact match to the original.

While we will make every effort to replicate the color as closely as possible, slight differences may occur. By placing a duplicate order, you acknowledge and accept that there may be minor variations in shade or tone between orders.

If an exact color match is critical, we recommend scheduling a consultation before placing your order.


10. Limitation of Liability

Hair Justice Extensions/Hair Justice LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from the use or inability to use our website or services.

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Shelby County, Tennessee, for the resolution of any disputes.
